NOTICE OF SALE
NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Mineral County Commissioners have ordered property to be sold pursuant to the terms of NRS 361.595 for the collection of past due taxes.
Approximately thirty-six properties will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder to satisfy back taxes, penalties, interest and administrative costs. Properties are located throughout Mineral County, Nevada such as Walker Lake, Hawthorne, Mina, Luning and Montgomery Pass. A mixture of residential lots, commercial lots as well as acreage, some with improvements and some raw land. Check back for more information and complete listing with property descriptions.
